How does our rental process work?
Our rental process is simple. Start by sending an inquiry through our site or by contacting us directly so we can check availability. Once confirmed, we will send your invoice, rental agreement, and refundable security deposit request. That deposit helps us keep our items in great shape so we can continue offering affordable DIY rentals to every family. If full payment is received by Wednesday of pickup week, your capsule will be ready for a Friday pickup and we can coordinate porch pickup.
For last-minute bookings, payment, deposit, and signed agreement are due at booking, and availability is not guaranteed.
As long as everything is returned and satisfactorily cleaned, your deposit will be returned otherwise a cleaning fee will apply.
