What is Party Capsule?
The Party Capsule is a family-owned and locally run business in the Treasure Valley, born from our own experiences as parents. We understand the challenges of finding quality party entertainment that fits into real family life. Our mission is to provide local families with a simple, budget-friendly way to create unforgettable events at home. We offer a range of DIY small party rentals, from red carpets to Nerf wars birthday packages "capsules", allowing you to host memorable gatherings without the hassle of storage. Whether it’s a birthday party, themed adult gathering, or outdoor lawn games, we supply the essentials while you add your unique flair and style.

About Us
I started The Party Capsule because I kept running into the same problem…I wanted FUN, themed setups for birthdays, movie nights and block parties. I also wanted something cute and pulled-together without paying an arm and a leg for someone to deliver and set it up or fill my garage with stuff I'd use once and sell on Marketplace two years later.
Enter Party Capsule…it's DIY on purpose, which is what keeps costs low. And honestly, most people who are throwing a party want to make it their own anyway. Just like a capsule wardrobe gives you the essential pieces to build an outfit around…our capsules give you the essentials so you can add the flair that makes it fit your vision.
The other big thing that sets us apart is when you rent with us you always have a FULL weekend rental. We aren’t by the hour, or by the day as we all have a life on weekends and who wants to spend the weekend driving all over town or waiting for pickups! You pick it up on Friday and you've got it all weekend with drop off by Monday evening.

The kids loved the Skee Ball, Granny Pants, and Giant Kerplunk, and it kept them busy and laughing way longer than I expected. Everything was easy to set up, easy to understand, and came with clear instructions and rules. Pickup and drop off were simple, pricing was so reasonable, and the whole process felt easy from start to finish. We would absolutely book again.
Baptism Win!!

There were a ton of kids there (and adults), and having the snack machines gave everyone something fun to to enjoy throughout the party. It made the day feel more festive without creating extra work for me knowing I'd be the person likely making the food and serving. The instructions were simple, setup was straightforward, and the whole process from booking to pickup was smooth and organized. I would absolutely use The Party Capsule again and explore more of what I can bundle.
Got My Money's Worth
- Stephanie, StarThis rental gave us way more value than a one-day party setup. I likely couldn't even have gotten all I did for this price for 1 day yet we got it for 4 days! We used the Nerf battle setup all afternoon for my son's birthday, then switched to a Minecraft night with friends later that same evening. The next night, we reused the movie setup for a neighborhood BBQ and movie night, and on Sunday we even put family photos up on the screen during our family birthday celebration for my son. It was easy to book, easy to pay, and so simple to set up and tear down. For the price and the amount of use we got out of it, I would book it again in a heartbeat.
