Start by browsing our capsules and checking availability using the date picker. Once you’re ready to check out, you will pay the refundable security deposit for the equipment and that will hold your reservation. A couple days before your rental starts, your card will be charged for the remaining balance of the rental fee.

All capsules are set for weekend rentals. Pick up is typically porch pickup on Friday, and return is usually on Monday before 5 PM.

Yes, your security deposit is fully refundable after all items are returned, inspected, and found to be in good, clean condition. If items are missing, damaged, or returned, excessively, dirty, fees will be deducted from your security deposit.

We do require that items are returned in the same condition they were received. That means wiped down, packed properly, and free of heavy mess or debris. We keep it simple, but if items come back very dirty, a cleaning fee will apply.

We understand accidents happen. If something is damaged, missing or not returned the renter is responsible for repair or replacement costs. We recommend checking your capsule before return so everything makes it back together. You will also receive a checklist for your capsule of things that need to be returned and things that do not. You can use that checklist to help you ensure that you got everything in your bin.

No, we are a DIY party rental business, and customer pick up is part of how we keep our prices so low. You get everything you need for the whole weekend, which gives you more time to enjoy it on your schedule without paying extra for delivery or set up. You do receive necessary instructions or suggestions to help you.
