What is Party Capsule?

Our rental process is easy. Browse the site, choose your items, and check availability by product or date. If you have questions, reach out and we’ll help.

To reserve your rental, a security deposit is required and the rental terms and conditions must be acknowledged. Your reservation is not confirmed until both are complete. Once your deposit is paid, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance.

If full payment is received by Wednesday of pickup week, your capsule will be ready for Friday porch pickup. For last-minute bookings, the full payment, security deposit, and signed agreement are all due at the time of booking, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Your security deposit will be returned as long as everything is returned on time, in good condition, and satisfactorily cleaned. If items are returned dirty, damaged, or incomplete, a cleaning or replacement fee may apply.
